Bizarre pooling featured on my Tiramisu Blanket. Quite possibly the most popular crochet baby blanket on the net for good reason. It is simple and heirloom quality if done in the right color(s). This is not.The yarn I used was Black Cherry from the now bought out Peaches and Creme. It was gorgeous in the skein but I don't think it is meant to be crocheted into a project this large, crochet small or maybe knit large. Maybe...
Because of how loud the yarn was I decided against the scallop border with ribbon and instead did a solid black ruffle. I like the ruffle.
Also this will still be gifted because these are the colors mom chose for the baby and if nothing else it can become a loud changing pad. If not the cotton is SUPER soft once it is washed up.
Bizarre pictures. Wait no that is just bad quality. My cellphone and I apologize because I need a new camera.
Again.
I have bad camera luck.
Bizarre requests from best friends. Okay really it's kind of cool but my kids thought it was bizarre to be making a beard. I used this pattern. Kind of, after the second? third? row I realized I had messed up and fudged the rest. Doing it right or wrong this is an awesome pattern. My friend can now compete with her manly man with a warm face if the snow ever falls in her neck of the woods.
Bizarre falls or more accurately knee twisting. I stepped in a hole yesterday and felt my foot start to roll so in order to prevent my usual sprain I tried to steady myself. My knee is huge.
It makes me sad.
All that new year, new you motivation is now hanging out on the couch going between ice packs and elevation.
I'm sure plenty of you have had bizarre pooling, patterns or just days? Any favorites that still stick out in your mind?

That beard is toooooo much.
I'm sorry you fell. That is something I do all the time. My ankles are double jointed so I haven't broken anything so far. Knock on wood.
Feel better.
